First Full-Squad Workout!

Today was the first full-squad workout of spring training for the Orioles! I got to watch the workouts today.

The day started off great! I got the chance to interview O's pitcher, Donnie Hart. Donnie is a really nice guy!

We talked about what he does when he's not practicing, his goals for the season, and much more. I even asked him what it means to be an Oriole (below). I will have a post on my blog about the interview coming out soon!

I also the chance to talk with MASN broadcaster Tom Davis. He was so nice to spend so much time to talk with me about the team and about the field I hope to work in some day.

Next, I watched the players practicing pitching, fielding, hitting, and more. It was awesome to see all of the players. The players would break up into different groups. The pitchers would be together at a certain field practicing. The infielders would be at another field doing something else and so on.

And then what a thrill! Manny Machado finished batting practice, this happened...

Manny and Schoop went to sign autographs for fans. They even took some pictures with the them.

Today was such an amazing last day of Orioles spring training for me! I want to thank everyone who made my trip awesome, Kristen Hudak - Orioles PR Director, all Baltimore Orioles Beat Writers, the whole Orioles team - they were really nice to me, Jim Misudek - Orioles Manger of Media Relations, Kailey Adams - O's PR Coordinator. Also, Adam Esselman - Orioles Coordinator, Lloyd Fox - Baltimore Sun photographer, Mark Viviano - WJZ Sports Director. My dad - he took me to the trip, all of the Orioles team - they are so nice to me. Tom Davis - Wall to Wall Baseball on MASN, and all of the Orioles staff - they are super nice!
