Orioles Support "Pet Project"

It's that time of year, the ninth annual Orioles pet calendar is out! The Orioles support BARCS, the Baltimore Animal Rescue and Care Shelter, a non-profit shelter by selling calendars featuring players and their pets. The calendar went on sale last week.

The 16-month calendar also features various BARCS animals. Some of the players are Brad Brach, Dylan Bundy, Chris Davis, Caleb Joseph, Kevin Gausman, Mychal Givens, J.J. Hardy, Manny Machado, Trey Mancini, Wade Miley, Darren O'Day, Joey Rickard, Chris Tillman, Mark Trumbo, and manager Buck Showalter.

I love this fundraiser because I love animals! I think it is really important that every pet has a home! I actually just adopted a dog a couple weeks ago! I think she is a really big Orioles fan!!
