Tonight, the Pro Football Hall of Fame class of 2017 was chosen.
You might think 'Why are we talking about football when this is a baseball blog?' Well, I am going to talk about the Baseball Hall of Fame. The last Orioles (only) player that was inducted in the Baseball Hall of Fame was Cal Ripken, Junior in 2007. Roberto Alomar went in the Hall of Fame in 2011. He played three seasons with the Orioles but went in the Hall of Fame primarily as a Toronto Blue Jay. The Baseball Hall of Fame class of 2017 is Jeff Bagwell. Tim Raines Sr, Ivan Rodriguez, Bud Selig and John Schuerholz.
They will be inducted on July 30th in Cooperstown. We baseball fans can't wait!
